ABOUT MAS
Model ASEAN Summit
MAS is a model summit held by Faculty of International Studies, University of Foreign Language Studies – The University of Da Nang (UFLS – UD) every two years for youths in Da Nang city to share their interests and understandings about ASEAN and their issues.
In this model summit, the young will walk into the shoes of diplomats, senior officials and head of governments of ASEAN member states to demonstrate their knowledge and aspirations.
The first MAS in Da Nang was held in 2017.
ABOUT UFLS
University of Foreign Language Studies
UFLS is one of the 7 member universities and colleges of Da Nang University, founded by the Vietnamese Government. UFLS offers courses in training teachers of foreign languages; training and fostering English for office staffs. UFLS is also a center for doing research in languages and foreign cultures, serving socio-economic development of the Central and Highland region as well as the whole country. Besides, UFLS aims to expand international coo peration and cultural exchanges with international institutes and universities. UFLS has the mission of training, improving knowledge of human language and culture in order to serve national construction and development as well as international integration.
ABOUT FIS
Faculty of International Studies
Faculty of International Studies (FIS), one of the eight Faculties of UFLS, is an educational entity that provides students with not only knowledge of international relations, but also political, economic, social, legal issues that extend beyond national boundaries. Interestingly, students of FIS can have a variety of chances to take part in curricular activities such as joining International Relations Club, traditional camps, overseas student exchange programs and competitions in and outside Viet Nam.

ABOUT IR CLUB
International Relations Club
International Relations Club affiliated to the Faculty of International Studies is an extra curriculum activities for students of the Faculty and any students which show interests in international affairs. This club provides an atmosphere for its members to exchange knowledge, to research, to learn and to enhancing specialized knowledge.
